The Hawaii Climate March 2017

Climate Connection helped organize the Hawaii Climate March on the Hilo side of the Big Island this year, in collaboration with Rally For Common Ground in Kona and 350.org Hawaii (Oahu and Kauai) Marches. It was a wonderful groundswell and we are proud to have been with our community members.

Mahalo to Dan Mason for flier creation

Mahalo nui to all that participated in this years Hawaii Climate March & Festival!

We had counts of at least 250 people marching down Kamehameha, several hundred others in Kona and even a march of 50 in Waimea!

In total, Hawai’i held 6 marches out of over 300 throughout the world.
